Abstract
The coronavirus, known as covid-19 pandemic, is a contagious disease that came into existence of unembellished respirational syndrome. It first broke out at the end of 2019. The pandemic occupied the world in no longer time and without respect for boundaries in the world. This study analyses how technology helps SMEs in developed economies achieve business performance after post-pandemic. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) face substantial difficulties due to a lack of resources and official backing. The results, based on 185 survey responses from Bangladeshi SMEs in UK highlights the significance of technology in adopting business performance among SMEs in UK. The outcomes indicated that the technology application and customer retention with business continuity has positive linkage with firm future. The outcomes also indicated that the customer retention has also positive linkage with business continuity. The outcomes indicated that the customer retention and business continuity significantly moderates among technology and business performance. The findings have important consequences for technology creativities. These results highlight the methods and perimeter of responsible technology practices in the context of growing Bangladeshi SMEs dynamic capacities and responsible technology adaptation in the business. The role of technology, customer retention and business continuity on business performance after post-pandemic period in Bangladeshi SMEs in the UK.
