Abstract
The Youth Charter ‘31’ United Nations Report marks the global Sport for Development and Peace (SDP) movement since 1993 and supports our Global #Call2Action. However, despite there being a now well-established global Sport for Development and Peace (SDP) movement/sector, there has yet to be a clearly defined Model and Framework that can be used both for the delivery of SDP projects and programmes and to assess SDP impact in achieving UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Youth Charter provides a Community Campus Model, Portal and Legacy Cultural Framework to map, track and measure the Outputs and Outcomes of SDP projects and programmes. This report provides a detailed Community Audit using the Legacy Cultural Framework and 7 Legacy Development Goals for 10 countries, to demonstrate how, through investment in Social Foundations and Community Campuses, we can reduce inequality and poverty and create a safer and healthier world for future generations.
