Abstract: Globalisation of Western countries can cause more problem and crisis for the developing countries, if these countries are not able to compete or cooperate with the developed countries. The existing economic blocs in Europe, USA, Asia, etc., create more unbalanced economic situation, which may increase the tension between the south and the north. These blocs would have an extremely prominent and powerful position as guides and advisers in Arab countries. The main dilemma is that Arab countries often compete with each other rather than cooperate with each other. Arab countries are in a great need to cooperate, build up trust and alliances with each other to achieve some political and economical synergy effects and to be able to create some political and economic balance in the global era. The aim of the study is to outline the strategy needed to achieve the Arab-shared objective of cooperation and peaceful coexistence.
