Managing Knowledge for a Sustainable Future: Artificial Intelligence Versus Human Intelligence
24th Sustainability International Conference, 23-26 June 2026, London – UK

The main aim of the conference is to explore the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Human Intelligence, not only in developing capabilities to effectively respond to the fast moving development in AI, but also by providing critical support for improving the human capital development and advancement.

The conference will focus, but not limited on these key areas: Discuss and explore the similarities, differences, advantages and disadvantages of AI and human intelligence; Conceptual frameworks for responding to the challenges of AI to human intelligence, by focusing on governance mechanisms that can moderate this relationship; Address the fundamental concerns that needs to be addressed–whether the public’s understanding of AI’s relevance will endure and strengthen in order to combat future sustainability problems; and Countries specific case studies are particularly welcome showing the effective adoption and use of AI applications to eventually help countries achieve the UN’s 17 SDGs. The conference brings together senior and high level intellectual and practice-based contributors who will help develop a framework for the analysis of how to manage knowledge effectively to accelerate the achievement of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development across the world.
