Abstract: Post-war reconstruction projects in Sudan are crucial for restoring stability, rebuilding infrastructure, and fostering long-term economic and social development. However, these projects face numerous challenges, including political instability, resource constraints, and inadequate strategic planning. This study explores the role of strategic planning and effective management in ensuring the success of post-war reconstruction efforts in Sudan. It examines best practices, case studies, and policy recommendations for improving project outcomes. By integrating stakeholder participation, sustainable development principles, and risk mitigation strategies, this research highlights a framework for achieving resilience and long-term success in post-war reconstruction. The findings aim to guide policymakers, humanitarian organizations, and development agencies in implementing efficient and impactful reconstruction initiatives.
