This paper explain s how a starting initiative Think Tank in April 2019, before the declaration of victory, based its research of sustainable development on a Think Tank of seven engineers, and resulted in one of the most successful initiatives that was appointed by FFC to organise its workshops for the Ministry of Infrastructure & Transportation. The paper uncovers the challenges and successes, and how other Ministries and initiatives decided to ask for assistance in following the templates established and lessons learnt.
