New technologies and globalisation: A challenge for Arabic economies

In this paper, we examine the role of technology on restructuring the world economy and trade. Its aim is to understand clearly the impact of new technologies on the international repartition of competitive advantages and the effects on the industrial strategies adopted by some emerging countries especially the Arabic economies.
