Abstract: This chapter looks at sustainable development pathways for Sub-Saharan Africa after Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It assesses regional progress, ongoing challenges, and new opportunities for development after 2030. Based on a thorough review of the literature and policy analysis, the study highlights climate resilience, inclusive economic growth, and technological innovation as key priorities to tackle ongoing development gaps. By applying lessons from SDG implementation, the chapter suggests a forward-thinking framework to help policymakers, scholars, and development practitioners create flexible, context-specific strategies. It emphasizes the importance of promoting equity, resilience, and environmental sustainability to help Sub-Saharan Africa achieve long-term, inclusive growth. The findings point to the need for new governance strategies, cooperative partnerships, and locally relevant actions to shape effective and sustainable development plans beyond 2030.
