Abstract: As the world approaches the 2030 horizon, the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) have provided a comprehensive framework for addressing global challenges such as poverty, inequality, climate change, and environmental degradation. This paper examines potential scenarios for global sustainability in the post-SDG era and evaluates strategic pathways the UN could adopt to continue driving sustainable development. By analyzing the successes and limitations of the SDGs, the study explores emerging trends in international cooperation, technological innovation, climate action, and policy integration. The paper emphasizes the need for adaptive governance, inclusive partnerships, and resilient development strategies to ensure that progress achieved under the SDGs is sustained and amplified in the future. The findings aim to inform policymakers, international organizations, and researchers about potential frameworks for a post-2030 sustainability agenda.
