Purpose: To investigate the need for capabilities and intellectual capital in accordance with the goals, objectives, and resources available to the state through organizations, society, and public institutions to achieve sustainable development.
Methodology: Collection and analysis of related information to design a knowledge management model to support sustainable development. This model was tested through a survey, using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for evaluation. The data were then analyzed.
Findings: The model's impact, conceptualization, and innovation criteria received a positive evaluation, with high approval ratings for its use as a tool to create strategies for achieving sustainable development goals.
Value: Facilitate the production, transfer, processing, and analysis of knowledge to support sustainable development.
